Space Systems Integration was founded in 2005 with a vision of providing strategic system engineering services to the intelligence and defense communities.
Since then, SSI has grown through the addition of highly qualified and respected individuals with strong technical backgrounds. SSI employees average over 20 years of experience in their technical fields, and ninety percent of the technical staff have advanced degrees in engineering.

Employee Spotlight
Gregg first started in the aerospace field supporting the mechanical design and development of launch vehicles and missile defense midcourse interceptors for Orbital Sciences. He then transitioned to the Missile Defense Agency boost phase kinetic interceptor program office as well as supported the Systems Engineering Directorate for target and test requirements. Gregg came back to Orbital Sciences (which was eventually bought out by Northrop Grumman) supporting the design and development of electrical systems (Electrical Power Subsystems, Command & Data Handling Subsystems, and Harness Design) for satellites. He’s now currently supporting the Space Force SWAC (Space Warfighting Analysis Center) SRTT (Surveillance, Reconnaissance, & Target Tracking) Division evaluating performance vs cost satellite constellation architectural trades of different RF-based and optical-based payload sensing capabilities across various satellite constellation sizes and sensing phenomenology mixes.
