Favorite planet?
Earth! I really like breathing!

Hobbies outside of work?
Skiing, boating, and going to baseball games.

Why did you choose SSI?
Personal touch of a small company and the great people that work here.

Bio:
Born and raised in DC and Arlington I was interested in Spaceflight at a young age and a regular at the Smithsonian Air & Space Museum. I got great opportunities to study and do hands-on experimentation at Virginia Tech before moving out to Colorado and got to work on on-orbit space technology demonstrations with the Missile Defense Agency. I then returned to the DC area to do systems analysis for the John Hopkins University Applied Physics Lab (JHU/APL). My wife and I spent four years working in Stuttgart, Germany where our amazing daughter was born, before returning home and ending up at SSI.
